  • To make a list of manufacturing,
  • To determine the time considering quantities of listed manufacturing, to draft a CPM in an MS Project computer software in the light of quantities derived from the construction drawings,
  • To provide all subcontractors with a schedule of production stages that clarifies relevant units and deadlines
  • To update and periodically revise progress-based final status for creating a living schedule,
  • To monitor progress and performance of subcontractors, to make a performance evaluation accordingly, to determine potential delays in advance and to take measures as needed,
  • To determine team/equipment as might be needed for the work schedule.
